Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We accept digital case files (STL) from all major intraoral scanners including iTero, Cerec, 3Shape Trios, Medit, Carestream, and others. We also accept traditional PVS impressions, polyether impressions, and stone models sent via mail using our prepaid shipping labels.
All permanent restorations carry a full 1-year replacement warranty against defects in fit, shade, or fracture under normal clinical use. If a case does not meet your clinical expectations upon delivery, contact your account technician and we will arrange a complimentary remake.
Rush service is available on most crown and bridge cases. Milling cases submitted digitally before 10 AM may qualify for same-day production. 3D print orders submitted digitally before 2 PM are typically eligible for next-day delivery.
We work with all major implant systems including Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Zimmer Biomet, Dentsply Sirona, BioHorizons, Osstem, Neodent, and more. Please specify the implant brand, platform, and connection type on your Rx.
Yes. For digital cases, you may opt in to a design review step at no additional charge. We will send you digital renderings before any material is committed to milling or pressing. Changes are accommodated at no extra cost before fabrication begins.
We provide complimentary prepaid outbound shipping labels to all active accounts. Completed cases are shipped back via FedEx or UPS Priority, fully insured and securely packaged. Track your case status in real time through our doctor portal.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and net-30 terms for qualifying established accounts. Invoices are generated upon case delivery and accessible through the office.
